did you see the setting at '个人中心‘ ? then go '多多钱包‘

inside have this '银行卡‘ 。。select the bank card you link..and click on top right '更多' ...‘银行卡管理’ and finally click on bottom '解绑银行卡'...

Thank you.

too poison need to unbind card to stop this pdd ?

I'm trying to see if I can pay with Malaysia debit card to get rid of my ringgit and trying to remove the Singapore credit card. Unfortunately, it seemed debit card works and not work at different situations. It worked when I use it pay for the GST to Singapore. But when I tried to use it for the next RMB99, it got rejected with some unknown security reason...🤷

Oh why u open bank account in MY?

Do you see the long thread about having 2.6% surcharge topping up Touch and Go? Having a bank account in My makes everything so simple. No surcharge for T&G top up. I can convert S$ to Ringgit only as and when I needed. Not another S$100 more, thanks to the ease of CIMB bank app. When I go up north, I will have the CIMB bank card, CIMB Malaysia bank app & my touch & go ewallet. That's all I ever needed. Only keep RM200+ in my wallet.

Those are pretty useless. The fine prints said free shipment only for the China portion. The fee from China ports to Singapore was unknown until all your goods are in the warehouse. So, that's unsettling and deterring me to pay. Once pay item by item, cannot cancel, what if they are inside the warehouse and the shipping is very expensive? The whole process is just not refined especially for overseas shipment.

Taobao on the other hand is so clear, all items consolidated with payment, discount for product, shipping fee, discount for shipping fee all listed clearly before one make a single payment. I figured I was paying RMB8+ extra for shipping from shop to Singapore. So I just paid the total of S$8 which was shown to me clearly, saving me another round of conversion in my mind... Now I'm waiting for it to tell me once the items are shipped.... Finger crossed, first time buying direct from Taobao.🙏
Max 10days will reach u

I dunno why your purple tag looks different. Mine says 满¥99包邮. Have bought many rounds on PDD since July 2024 and never once paid a single cent for shipping.

Everything MIC you can find on Shopee/Lazada, you’ll find it cheaper on PDD. Yes there is alot of trash items but you can also find quality products. 一分钱一分货. In fact I believe majority of TB merchants are on PDD as well.

Payment is 2 steps. First you pay the seller for the items, then wait for them to arrive at the China warehouse. Once arrive, you consolidate shipment. If all your products have the 满¥99包邮 label and your consolidated purchase price is more than ¥99, you only pay 9% GST at this 2nd step. Don’t have to be same seller. My most recent shipment took 20 days from purchase to receiving the items.

Twice, I had items slightly damaged due to shipping. Both times, the seller tried to message me offering a compensation which is a portion of the purchase price, but the platform jitao refund me the full amount. So for those who had doubts on their return policy, I’d like to share that my experience have been positive thus far.

With regards to having to pay individual items instead of adding to cart then check out all at once, there is a way to do it. PDD doesn’t have a cart function, but what you can do is tap on the ❤️ button on the listings you want to buy. Then go to your profile page and click the 商品收藏 (logo of a shopping bag with a heart in the middle) which is the list of all the items you’ve favourited. There, you select the options you want for each item, then can cart out all at once. This is useful when you want to compare the price of the same item across different merchants. So basically right, how I shop is I first find an item that I want to buy, then I just ❤️ that listing. Scroll to the bottom, they will recommend other listings with the same item but different prices and I ❤️ them as well. Then I go to this 商品收藏 page, and can see at a glance which merchant sells the cheapest.

That being said, if your items are high value (but below ¥200) it is better to cart out individually. Because for WeChatPay which I’m using, the 3% transaction fee is waived for transactions below ¥200. For example if you’re buying 2 items (¥150 and ¥100) if you cart them out together you need to pay 3% extra. Cart out separately and you don’t need to pay this 3%.
How to set up WeChat pay or Alipay?

Just go to your WeChat profile > Pay and Services > Wallet > Add Bank Card

Alipay > Account> Bank Cards

I linked my WeChat account to PDD then during payment just choose the WeChatPay option
I added a card to alipay but when trying to make payment it says vendor does not allow for international cards via alipay.. so I gotta pay through pdd and at the 3%.

Are you able to circumvent that with wechatpay?

No issue with wechatpay. Paid with that for 3 purchases yesterday. Each time it will verify with my bank and issue an otp. Feel much more secure

Have been using WeChatPay all along no issues no 3% except for items above ¥200

if you pay via WeChat, then you won’t be subjected to the 3% surcharge (2 RMB min). This adds up especially if you do the final ship out to SG because you have to pay GST. You’ll likely get hit with the min.

I forgot how I set it up. But essentially is you install WeChat, enable the payment and bind a card to it. I use YouTrip. I don’t think I verify my identity so this part may be optional. There is a limit to how much you can transact though if you don’t verify.
