Another thing I learnt from here is to consolidate the items with total value not more than rmb200 (sweet spot ¥99 to ¥199.99) and submit for payment~ this is to escape the 3% admin charge using foreign CC~

Wait for few days for the shipping to reach the warehouse, then make another payment for GST~

My 4 items cost S$6.65 with free shipping, even without reaching RMB$99, and it’s asking me to “pay immediately”, Is that the total amount I need to pay?

did you click the 去结算 button by chance~? Else it won't ask you to make payment immediately~

to confirm, go to profile 个人中心 > 待付款 to see the items to make payment~ if you didn't click 去结帐 it should be empty~ if there is, you still can cancel the purchase at this point~

Without hitting rmb99, you will be asked to pay shipping fee later, so it's not worth~ get few more items or increase your quantity to add up the amount~

I really can’t believe the 4 items, a magnifying glass, 5 pairs of socks, a cover for microwave heating and a shoulder bag the total cost is less than S$7.

is that all I had to pay for?

It’s definitely much cheaper, but many buyers report that the items are low quality, second-hand, or rejected for failing quality checks. So be mentally prepared.

Cheaper but there is a possibility got quality issues. Taobao at least got some form of seller control and quality control. It tends to side buyers in disputes.

Does your items eligible for SG¥99包邮? There's a purple text that said the SG¥99包邮~

If there is, you need to add more items to ¥99 yuan to enjoy the free shipping to SG~ after you had made payment wait for few days for the items to reach China warehouse, then you need to pay GST when you are ready to ship out to your SG address~

if it's less than ¥99, then when it reaches the China warehouse, you still need to pay SG shipping & GST~

if the items you bought don't have the SG¥99包邮, same thing you will be asked to pay shipping plus GST~

These few days saw the ads and downloaded to try. Orders reach 99 RMB free sea shipment to Singapore

Some stuff are really cheap and if can tahan the long delivery time may not be a bad option

Any way to reduce paying RMB2 for every payment? I cannot seem to add all items into 1 shopping cart and pay altogether. Whenever I want to buy that item, I have to quickly make payment and it will auto addRMB2 due to credit card transactions.

I tried to use Alipay app but it doesnt allow singapore registered credit card to be added to alipay.

I made the same mistake as you when I first tried to buy, but after reading Sunsetbay's post on how to go about it, I finally got it right.

Maybe you check a few posts above to find the correct procedures for buying from PDD.
