Click on customer service and ask them what's the status, usually they'll give u an update on when the estimated sail date will be. Mine was delayed and then suddenly updated as on the way to SG. Ports are super packed with a lot of backlog, so u might have to wait another 5 days for it to set sail.

These days I only use LT and YT for shipping. MXM is the absolute worst!

My order with 易淘 stuck at crated and sent to port since 25th Jan. Checked with their customer service and they say ship should depart by the 7th this month. At this rate probably reach SG around CNY and then another period of waiting for local last mile to resume operations post CNY. This order probably gonna take more than 1 month from placing order to delivery and easily the worst and longest wait of all my PDD purchases so far.

Bought from TB. Also port packed. Wait for 3 days then suddenly plus another 2 days to leave port.
Unless left port today, otherwise likely after CNY reach door.

Anyone got a English instruction on how to return a product for refund. Mandarin is limited and got lost trying to understand. Samsung screen translation also really not helping as cannot enlarge the font. Thanks!

its like crazy outlet sales.... Sooner or later, they gonna region lock to SG, like TB.
So enjoy while it lasts....

Now i've 5 box of unopened running shoes, and a few in transits... some authentic and some local brands....
I need to start wearing them soon, else the soles will slowly peel off after a few years of storage ;-)

Windbreakers do not have these problems though....

All these galaxy apps are crab, we have to suffer from the half baked... over priced hardware and software.
That's one of the reason, traditional software stocks are taking the blood bath these few days....

Normally, i take a snapshot, and feed it to a LLM. eg, chatgpt.
and let the magic do the work.... 95% accuracy is enough for me.

beware of shipping damage.
bought some plastic chairs and they arrived with pieces broken off and missing, wtf. plastic chairs so tough and flexible also can get broken up like that
bought a small table, and it also arrived with the fiberboard top broken into 2.
bought some plastic storage cabinets and they arrived with the plastic all bent and warped, basically unusable

only managed to get full refund for the chairs, for the rest ding dong between seller and shipper, seller blame shipper for mishandling, shipper blame seller for bad packaging

Yes, supposedly also got converted into HKD as I'm using my trust credit card. My Alipay with trust card is unable to be processed

Agree, after I ordered my Xtep 360X SE for ¥169 with free shipping to SG, xtep (特步官方旗舰店) stopped allow direct shipping to Singapore for all their listed products.

Li Ning official store also removed the free shipping options to Singapore to deter overseas buyer to buy the shoe.

Maybe they have regional pricing and they don't want to spoil market.

Nope i asked the sellers and they all said the same thing...use a forwarder. I ended up buying from AliExpress and just delivered few mins ago. Bought on 1 Jan so around 1 month+ delivery.
