in the early 80's, if you were to buy burgers, they were served in styrofoam box :

when you opened it up, there would be a very fragrant smell came out ... it's a smell that you can never find anymore in any McDonald outlets ...

is it because of the styrofoam box? or is it because they have changed suppliers or now the ingredients are simply different from last time?

McDonald's stopped using Styrofoam (polystyrene) burger boxes in the 1990s due to intense pressure from environmental groups and consumers. The non-biodegradable material was recognized as a major pollution and waste issue, leading the company to switch to more sustainable paper and cardboard packaging.

haha yes ... but I kinda of missing the fragrant smell from the burgers but not too sure if it's due to Styrofoam box or not ... nowadays can't have this kind of fragrant anymore ...

I ate my first McDonald burger during a Sec 4 outing, and it was the Fillet-O-Fish.

Think some of those who have experienced it have difficulty remembering anything in the first place...
