hmmm change cpu to i5 4460 can save more, not much difference in performance.

I will take it into consideration. I may do some light photoshop shop once in a while. So I choose i5 4690 and use only 8gb ram but I may upgrade for more ram if I find photoshop lagging.

And chassis is too fugly IMHO.
