Tried 3 times. 2 times fully redeemed as i tried too late, got nothing. Got $5 for the successful trial

Ya, all for me, no rejection but and mentioned pending for bank's validation, no idea when will I receive them also.
According to t&c, u will receive $1-10 or $20 on condition that u are first 500 per day.

Called Anz, they are having some issue with approval code. The reply I received: We have received an SMS with the same transaction details. Continue to spend & get up to $300 per principal cardmember. T&Cs apply. Details: anz.com/sg/cash

Scary, I only send once. How that bank received same transaction details... Decided no spending until they fix the issue.

Summary of revisions to the ANZ Optimum Card Rebate Programme Terms and Conditions with effect from 15 February 2016.
A Cardmember's Card Account must be in good standing and conducted in a proper and satisfactory manner in order to be eligible to participate in the Programme.
A Principal Cardmember's Card Account that has been inactive for 12 calendar months or more will be disqualified from participating in the Programme and all unused Optimum$ then accrued shall automatically be cancelled and forfeited, without further notice from the Bank.
EZ-Link/TransitLink transactions, Insurance plan payment(s), Brokerage/Securities transactions and online gaming transactions will not be eligible for Optimum$.
No instruction by the Cardmember regarding the use of Optimum$ can be altered, reversed, or cancelled once the Rewards redemption request has been processed.

just received an SMS from ANZ saying that if you spend SGD100 on a single receipt, you can SMS a format back to ANZ and stand a chance to receive up to SGD300.

just curious if this is on top of the 5% rebate I'm getting?

Anyone received the additional optimum dollar?

I won $7 in early Dec, but yet to see in Jan statement.

Does anyone know if optimum dollars are rounded down to the nearest $0.10 or nearest $1? I'm getting conflicting information on this.

For example, if I spend $111 on something in the correct category, does it earn $5.50 or $5?

There are 2 rounding downs. First round down to nearest 0.1 optimum$ for each transaction, then at end of statement month optimum$ earned round down to nearest 1 optimum$

Yes. Including agoda, hotels.com, cheaptickets also can

Just wanna to check the options to redeem the Optimum dollars. So the minimum we can redeem is $50 dollars? So we have to spend around min 5000 to get the rebate if we don't consider the 5% rebate category?

Yes. But then I would use only for the 5% or when there is promotion like the shake the money tree

I got a few $20, received sms saying pending bank's validation, u won't know whether u are the 1st 500, dunno when can get the cash back from the t&c either. So, I did not chiong for the $300, only made a few transactions that made my total points reach block of 5000 miles then redeemed put back to drawer already.

As long as you received the sms back with an amount it means u are within 1st 500...

I sent it on a weekend at 5pm and i received the following "Cash rebates are fully redeemed today. Try again tomorrow..."

They "fixed" the issue for me only after i called in. but i could have gotten $8 and $9 for both transactions, in the end theyy asked me to redial again, i thought was for verification purposes only so din track the time zhun zhun, in the end i received a much lesser amt. I stop using that card again after that incident.
