Currently CEPAS compatible cards (EZlink & NFP) have not dogitalized yet meaning can not

For MasterCard used for transit, you should register first with physical card information. Once you add your MasterCard to ApplePay, it generate new token to replace your physical card number. Not sure they link this new generated token with your physical card number in the backend system. So, probably also can not.
