Wow. Long way to go. A lot happened overnight though.

Just hope the pack will leave pudong soon. At first I was shocked when they said clearance complete at PVG.

You better be at home when it is arrived at Delivery Facility. As you can see in my case, it was delivered to me within 1 hour of that

Of course I will. I'm kinda in desperate need of that laptop for work anyway. Haha.

Now my package just cleared SG customs. :D

Thanks a lot for all the replies, especially the whole lot of help from LeonaV. I'll keep you all updated.

Haha, some errors being reported by DHL. If you believe this then my iMac is doing a relay from China to Singapore and back to Hong Kong. Earlier report showed the correct sequence of SHA > PVG > HKG > SIN so I am not worried. :s11:

Jun 19, 2013 09:01 Hkg - HKG Clearance processing complete - Hkg - HKG
Jun 19, 2013 08:54 Sin - SIN Processed - Sin - SIN

Jun 18, 2013 11:39 Pvg - PVG Clearance processing complete - Pvg - PVG
Jun 17, 2013 18:49 Sha - SHA Departed from facility - Sha - SHA
Jun 17, 2013 18:48 Sha - SHA Processed - Sha - SHA
Jun 17, 2013 18:09 Sha - SHA Shipment picked up - Sha - SHA

Trouble with the way DHL reports its tracking is that it shows advance electronic clearance as well. So you may see a status in a city, but the physical item is not actually there.

Sigh. Just called them. They told me my item is STILL in HK. Another day of waiting.

Today is supposed to be the delivery date.

Haze. Airplane cannot see, so no deliver.
A bit pissed with DHL though. One moment tell me in SG, then HK, then SG then finally HK. Still confused until now.
They keep telling me to call Apple too.

I don't really need the laptop to be delivered that quickly now considering the haze (PSI 290 as I type). But at least provide me a clear detail about the status of my order... Called Apple just now, they said they'll check with DHL and give me final details.

Like that means I can receive my 2013 CTO 13" MBA by tomorrow, 20th June or not?

If my history above ended at the HK entry then any reader will think it was in HK when it was not. Could this be the case for your MacBook that is making some of the poorly trained customer service people give the confusing SG/HK answers?

They all told me HK above was an error, but then after some "tracking" two out of four calls informed me that my pack might still be in HK and might have not even arrived in SG. I'm very confused. Then they keep asking me to contact apple. Generally quite disappointed with DHL's response.

I didn't want to call Apple at first because I thought they might say "please call DHL for any delivery matters" - as with other companies. Instead they told me they'll settle it with DHL and let me know tomorrow morning. Thumbs up for great response from Apple :)

I'm not expecting such a smooth delivery now and I'm ready for delays (PSI 321. Holy crap.), but I'm sure DHL could have offered a clearer and more precise status of my macbook.

As of 11.31pm 19/6, my macbook shipment is still at HK Clearance processing complete. I have absolutely no idea if my Mac is in HK or SG. In fact, I'm so confused by DHL's explanation I have to include the possibility of a loss during transit in my options.

My advice is, just be patient. My order likely is in the same batch as yours, this morning, reached SIN already. So, it should be able to deliver today. :)

Yup I just checked.

It's not about patience bro. It's about how confused I am over DHL's explanations of where my Mac currently is. Yesterday four calls gave me four totally different answers.

I don't mind waiting (especially given the haze, it's expected). but DHL's way of tracking is just horrid.

Quick question: If store.apple.com/sg/ shows 5-6 business days to be ready to ship how long does it usually take to reach Singapore?
