The GPS model at your usage is no issue to last that long, but on the LTE one can only last less than half of that. First is LTE usage and wifi auto turning on.

Lan lan lor battery tech still can’t meet the demands
Too big watch with too big battery user willl cry foul
Too small low battery

Ubkess Apple can built a auto generator like those automatic watch to gen its own energy and store it so never have to worry of battery life

Apple Watch S3 SS five days usage without cellular services battery still left 20%. My old S2 can’t even last two days.

Mine with very light LTE usage and wifi connection on, controlling music for few hours and some messaging, since 7am this morning, now left 65%.

So if I only turn on mobile data when I leave the house without my iPhone, say for a run, the battery will not exhaust as much?

Remember this order: BT>wifi>LTE

WiFi will only turn on automatically when your LTE connection is cut off. If you leave both mobile data and wifi on and bring your phone out even when your home wifi is on, both will still be turned on, watch will use wifi but still drain battery as your mobile data is turned on and phone not around, will still be green in colour and not white.
