I m getting a brand new sealed LTE version from a seller on Carousell and I would like to get Apple Care+. How does it work? Will the day of warranty and Apple care+ start on the receipt on the purchase date at ST or the date I switch on the watch?

I wore it naked with film protector for weeks already.. yesterday tried the tpu case.. don't like the looks of it.. back to naked.

bought a 3rd party watch charger from taobao and realised that the watch gets a little warm on the back of the watch when i removed it from the charger. Dont recall this happening on the original charger.

anybody facing a little warmth on the back after charging?

People 15k is sapphire or diamond crystal for screen, you comparing your Apple Watch to that group of watches huh?

But coming to which; I only put a Pet screen protector only and chucked my rugged armour one side le..

Yeah especially when the task I do will generate lots of dust. Sometimes I’ll be required to collect data from some test objects and after doing some work my watch will be covered with dust and water not a daily thing but guess I’ll just get one to protect my watch.

Also have to consider the fact that those wearing double digit watch probably are high flyers working in office environment with minimal hands on other than signing documents and typing on keyboard

If its the SS version Apple Watch then ok, stainless steel and sapphire glass would be very hard and more difficult to get any scratches or damage. The build quality is entirely different too.

If its aluminum it might be a different story.

SS body is prone to scratches... u can buff it with cape cloth to make it looks new...
Space black with DLC coating i think better...
Sapphire glass almost impossible to scratch...
Shattering is a different story....

Aluminum has a matte surface but the SS's chrome body shows up scratches more obviously, but I find it gives the watch a unique look. My take is don't be too OCD abt scratches as daily use will eventually result in wear and tear.

Sapphire glass is more resistance to scratch rather than almost impossible.
My gen 1 SS glass lots of scratch already and I doing office work.

Apple care is worth it.

Unless u really use your watch for sports and rugged work place then put on a cover and screen protector.

Else for me, Normal office wear should be ok.
I'm enjoy the great sensitivity of the screen and watch without protector. If your watch is SS then don put a tough armour lah, cos no point haha.

Speaking of that, if Whitestone has a glued SP then maybe I ll consider to put it.
