Stainless steel apple watch comes with sapphire glass. Hence a screen protector is pointless. It's been that way since series 1.

OOT... Apple clarified that the iPhone's camera uses sapphire glass and not coating/laminate. If it gets scatched though, then "you scratched it wrongly" lol

Are there any additional functionalities of the Nike edition versus the normal edition? I've read that there are some special watch faces but are those additional or replacements of the usual faces ?

I tend to bump my watches often(gshock) so thinking of getting something that looks elegant and offers some protection.
