Applecare+ for iPhone

Anyone know if apple has extended to buy even after 60days? Mine past 60days. Then remembered I haven’t buy.

I remember early 2020 they extended it due to COVID.

Some USA articles even say now can buy as long within 12 months. But can’t find any reference on apple site.

Anyone? TIA

if you have AC+ it's covered under accidental coverage.
else, it's considered a out of warranty repair.

Actually, QCD which is an Apple-authorised service provider has this thing called "AppleCare+ 365", purchaseable anytime within 365 days from your iPhone's date of purchase. I'm surprised it's not more well known.

But I suppose one caveat is that you will be "married" to QCD for AppleCare+; it says "available only at QCD service centres in Singapore", so I don't think your Applecare+ will be valid at the Apple store or A.lab.

I have no problem with sticking with QCD for repair/replacement although i prefer apple store's experience. What to do since i carelessly exceeded 60 days!

You should bring down to apple store for a inspection after 60 days to see if they allow you to buy apple care after 60 days. I think it was able to? Can someone correct me if i'm wrong.

Apple care plus has express replacement service. Perfect for busy people like me

Today i went to A.Lab to purchase my applecare+.

Its 10% off and the applecare+ is till 2 years from today.

So effectively 2years 2 mth warranty.
