Yup, got a callback from Apple and they sent me a link to make the payment since the option couldn't be found in my phone too.

So yes, AppleCare+ eligible for HK sets of iPhone 12 series as well.

AppleCare+ is 90 days from purchase not 60 days?

But how/where did you see that the period's missing?

iPhone is 60 days. Go to your phone settings can see the days remaining to purchase apple care+.
