How to report battery issue to claim applecare plus?
End of warranty coming again..

based on what the applecare team have told me, just give them a call & they'll run some remote diagnostics to determine if it's eligible for replacement.

I got Express Replacement and paid $108 instead of $48 cause I told them Accidental Damage.
If screen crack only $48.
Mine got small dent at the side and the refurbished unit is as good as new.
So never make any noise for the mistake I make and just accepted it.

New replacement unit (Refurbished) is having issues with Video Recording.
Got Video but No Audio.

Never really checked it thoroughly when got it.

Coincidentally last week took some video and noticed this fault.

Today just make another request for Express Replacement.

Go apply another credit card with rebate. Use that credit card to pay. Discounted! Then throw that credit card inside your drawer.

What happened to Apple QC?

- Original Phone screen crack
- 1st replacement video recording no sound
- 2nd replacement works well for one week and now display goes haywire with full pink and full blue color on startup and now totally no display.

Since I've already upgraded to iPhone 7 Plus.
Passed this to my Bro in Indonesia.

He managed to activate via wifi at his home.
But once he leaves home, he will have no signal whatsoever.

No problem on his iPhone 4 though.

Sorry I'm lost here.
Locked set is only telco lock like the phone can be unlock and use by that specific telco SIM card only.
For sg set all are unlocked meaning once u activate it which is a must for all iPhone and u can use it as normal.
Meaning SIM card from telco A,b or c all can work without any issue and be use to activate the phone.
