If you change your phone yearly, tbh I don't see the point.

It's good if you're careless and drop your phone. Just pay $108 to get the phone replaced.
It's still worth it to me as a phone is something I use every day, although I change one every year.

jus spent 30min on phone with Apple Product Support & Service hotline to purchase the applecare+

really need to run some diagnostic test and they sent an email for some reading on the coverage and exclusions but title say APPLECARE+ FOR AUSTRALIA, then the product specialist say its fine as its under the same jurisdiction.

btw the product specialist ang mo very slang.....

Personal use should try to get Applecare+. It's really for a peace of mind... cos after 60 days of purchase, no more Applecare to buy already.

Please check your warranty period as I bought the phone with AppleCare+ on 21-Sept but it only been covered until 19-Sept-2016.

My AppleCare + was purchased 5 days ago but have yet to receive the proof of coverage certificate via email.

Can you advise if the email was sent by the Telco or Apple? Might to contact them about this matter.

My CSO only asked whether my phone was damage

Email was by Apple Support. It's possible that they sent yours by post.
