Data: Researchers in Denmark, where 77 percent of people are fully vaccinated, found last week that Omicron cases were doubling every two days. With more than 9,000 new cases daily, the nation has one of the highest infection rates in the world.​
In London, where cases are doubling every two days, the number of hospitalized Covid patients rose by 30 percent last week.​

As long as it below 3 digits, all omicron also nothing to scare... be prepared be vigilant be brave! enjoy life!

From US VTL leak case, we can assume 50% VTL are not detected and out of which 50% are omicron, so omicron leaking to community is a real and immediate concerns... worst case all 500 ICU bed activated, start worry when it happens, mean time enjoy Xmas and New Year lah!!
