No lah, i think its ok to talk about it, find out more from others etc. But if you already know the price and the specs of the bike, it all comes down to whether to pull the trigger or not. Nothing much more to discuss about...

Went to T3 to buy silicon case and k-edge mount for my edge 810.

The k-edge mount so expensive. $75 for a piece of aluminum. Cheese pie, but no choice.

i thought the discussion was quite indepth on pricing, components, style and comparsion with other bikes.

end of the day, whether you want to pull the plug is not up to us, but to keep on repeating same stuff is abit repetitive and dull

They are fully aware of the price and spec but they don't even have the trigger to pull, that is why they keep on talking about it.

Bike Terminal got something similar to K-Edge, think 40-50 dollars, but plastic and not as slick looking.

can't remember the brand...mossa or something...

edit: ok found the brand name...
http://www.morsadesigns.com/

this is sold at Bike Terminal a while back before I stopped cycling
not sure if they still have it...

It is always not easy to spend 700-1000 for a bicycle not knowing how passionate or motivation. It's quite a decent sum afterall.

I have since bought white bar tape for it.

And the great irony with regards to resale value when someone finally gives up on his hobby is that;

The cheaper bikes take a long looong time to move (almost till the extent of getting outdated) while the more expensive bikes get sold faster at more reasonable rates. :s22:
