My mtb wheels are 27.5 and want to change tire to something lightweight but quite puncture resistant. Can pls recommend. My 800+ g Big Ben too heavy. I dont mind thinner tires, but not as thin as road bike.

buy the lower end one lo, cromo rails instead of ti. I using the lower end one, think ard $90 only. most comfy saddle I tried.

ya...practically on road/pavement until teck whye(pang sua pcn) then until Club July, exit onto woodlands road and went on road all the way..

20 inch x 0.9 406 tires. $70 for one. but I feel durano is good enough, similar rolling speed. this one I can still roll after folded cos the tyre is thin.

Went for a nice relaxing western loop ride with my cycling friends last night...

Not much wind.. can easily go at 28-30 kmh on my foldie...

About 90-91 km?

The last 12 km was really slow.. about 18-20 as one of my friend was dead tired...

1 Tern on 406 (56t)
My Tern on 451 (53t)
1 Tyrell CX on 451 (53t)
1 Birdy on 355 (52T with Capreo hub)

Fastest is... *drum rolls* Birdy.

Easily 28-30kmh, and my friend could still laugh and chit-chat from Seletar dam to Neo Tiew LCK and West Coast highway. He could have gone even faster if not for waiting for us.

I use 451... My Birdy friend uses a carbon wheel set. The other two were using stock wheelset.

Total cycling hours is about 3 plus hours on my cycling computer. We ate nasi lemak and tcss for nearly an hour. Had a long break at spc woodlands kiosk to top up water and have briefing.

birdy is a full sus foldie, wouldnt the sus make it lose efficiency?

Unless i get a faster bike. My mtb very slow. Usually 30km/hr i already panting heavily
