Does anyone knows how to link from east cost park or gardens by the bay to sentosa preferably by pcn or pathways?

got 2 ways after MBS, proceed along Singapore river, robertson quay then to Alexandra PCN then (1st route) once you hit lower delta road, u go along the pavement all the way until you reach Keppel viaduct then onto Sentosa.
(2nd route) you proceed along Alexandra pcn until you reach the end (near Queenstown MRT), then ride to Alexandra road, pass Ikea towards Hortpark, you ride until you reach Labrador park MRT, you can ride along Keppel viaduct to Vivo City from there or you can ride to Labrador park, and use the boardwalk which ends at Keppel Bay road, then u go along the Keppel viaduct to Vivo city.

once you reach vivo city (use the road between Habourfront and vivocity) same road with Habourfront taxi stand.. then ride along the bay and turn to the Sentosa boardwalk. IIRC, when u get to the sentosa side (Resort World) there is a escalator (Hotel Michael) up towards the big merlion which will bring you to Siloso beach.

As most of you are aware, my Crius Master D foldie specs are: 52t chainring, 9 speed 11t - 32t cassette, Alivio shifter (mtb) and Sora rd (road).

Please help me to analyse my upgrade options with the most effective, worthy or value for money factors:

1. 9 speed cassette remains. Change to 105 9 speed rd and road bike flat bar 9 speed trigger shifter.

2. 9 speed cassette remains. Change to 10 speed Shimano Zee rd and any SRAM 9 speed trigger shifter. This combination is said to work well, based on online discussions. However, I have no idea whether it is working perfectly or flawless. Considering Zee because it is low profile, silent, crisp, cheaper than Shimano Saint and can use mtb trigger shifters, but it can only be used with single chainring (although I am unlikely to upgrade to 2 chainrings for foldie).

3. Change to 10 speed 11t - 32t cassette, 105 or Zee 10 speed shifter, with compatible trigger shifters. This upgrade is very costly and will waste an almost new 9 speed cassette and chain on top of rd and shifters. I am also not so sure whether I need closer ratios. Perhaps good to have.

4. Go to the extreme and change to internal gear hub. Save all my headaches and fulfil my dream, but should be the most expensive. Not sure about the weight factor though.

Last but not least, I have no idea of the prices for most of these components. Taking CRC as a reference does not reflect real prices at lbs. Importing them from CRC + courier fee + lbs installation fee may end up paying close to the prices charged by lbs, and I have to bear any shipping risks or mistakes made at selection of components. If getting from lbs, I have to ask many shops to compare prices. All these takes time and have to bring my bike there to let them see. I also not sure whether these lbs are trustworthy in terms of pricing, skills and knowledge. Dilemma.

10 speed rd with 9 speed cassette and 9 speed shifter? That's a very interesting combo. I dunno whether your shifting will be precise.

Normally I will use all same speed--- e.g. 10 speed ultegra/105 parts.

Why not get all 10 speed shimano 105 from crc? My friend just did the upgrade and the items cost slightly more than $300...

You use your mini Velo or road bike? 28kmh average is no mean feat with small wheels.

Mini velo.. not that difficult cause when drafting you're using something like 30% less energy meaning its the speed you cruise around at 28kph or so.only thing sad is that my chain came off because I was using the extremes ends of the cassette so with my new upgrades hopefully won't need to use extreme ends

Road bike normally will be a bit faster around 33 35 kph average

change everything to 105, best value for money component. (Provided your hub is compatible) But then I think just sell away the bike and get a new bike easier and less stressful
