Any idea about the cost and where to have it done?

I dunnoe why mine keep coming loose sia... Dunnoe if it's the nut issue or the BB that's thread was blunt or something. I would love to replace them myself, but I dun have the tools :(

I experienced "loose" feeling with my square taper BB... turns out, I just have to tighten the BB real good. You need the BB removal tool to do it properly.

Of course you can change your square taper to HT2 BB, but like they say, you have to change your crankset as well. And you need a different BB removal tool for HT2 if you're going to DIY :)

If you stay around Punggol, I can lend you my tools...

hmm new ht2, plus crank is around 130-140 sgd online.

ht2 is easy to install but square taper is hard to remove

Their flagship store's at Tradehub. Or you can check out Tay cycles at Vertex or the other branch along Bt Timah road. :)

Do you guys bring a spare tube out on your rides?

I just bought a foldie, and my friend recommended that I get a spare tube, tyre tool, pump to bring along rides.

Do ppl on foldies usually bring so much out? If pung cek just take a cab home bah... slowly change at home... is tube burst common on Foldie?

another thing is that I dun have qr for my foldie wheels, which means I need to spend on new skewers if I intend to change tubes Outside.

What are your views on this? Bring all the barang barang out and upgrade to QR skewers? Or save the $$ on cab home so I can slowly change tube at home?
