Hi I realised that I am putting a lot of strain on my wrists and neck while riding my MTB. How can I adjust the height of my handlebar to make it higher? It is already at the top of the steerer tube. Do I have to change the stem? I can't put the saddle any lower.

Your handlebar is too low (aggressive) relative to your seat height.

Why cant you lower your saddle height? If you cant put your saddle any lower because it'll touch the frame, then the frame is way too large for you. You'll need a smaller frame instead.

If the above is not an issue, then perhaps try changing to riser bars or higher stems. If both are still not enough, then consider changing the forks to one with a longer steerer tube.

Lower seat too much the knees hard to straighten? I have slightly different problem on my foldie. When I adjust the seat post to correct height so i almost(but not totally) straighten my leg when pedalling, I need to be extra careful when mounting/dismounting. Coz the seat too high liao. Maybe is because the crank arm too short so i need to compensate by raising the seat? But having longer crank arms on foldie may make it easier to kenna pedal strikes...

Thanks for the suggestions. I can't lower the saddle further because my knees will be at the wrong angle if I do. Legs too long? Maybe I will try changing the fork.
