Amk to ecp use what route?

I am currently pushing my neighbour. In the first week, I brought him to cycle to ECP from AMK and he was lamenting how tiring, etc. By the second week, he could cycle 34km with an average speed of 15 kmh. Not fast, but not bad for someone who hasn't exercise for years.

Going to bring him to climb some slopes tonight if it doesn't rain. And its only his third ride.

Now he's so poisoned by cycling stuffs that he will always pop in to visit any bicycle shop, and check out the latest stuffs. He saw for himself how much an upgrade of saddle helped him achieve comfort, which in turn led to speed improvement. Now he is a firm believer of upgrading but of course i always caution him to build up his engine first before bringing him to conquer all PCNs in singapore.

Normally I don't need to pee unless I cycle beyond 60km with sufficient hydration.

If I don't sweat (e.g. rest too long), then yes I will have the urge to pee.

I folded my bike in an awkward position such that the person who wanna steal my bike will need at least 15 seconds to unfold if he is seasoned enough.

amk ave 1, boundary rd, upper paya lebar rd, tanjong katong rd, amber rd then turn right to chinese swimming club then underpass.

this route very straight.

20s consider slow liao, professional 10s and below. When one pull down, pee then pull up , wash hand takes around 15s. so gona be 10s job to succeed
