I have not ride one before, but I can see some fundamental issues with the high center of gravity especially during turning.

It is a good and funky bike to commute short distances and is clean. Suited for urban cycling.

For long distances, I guess you have to stick to more conventional bikes.

And also what different between Tern link C7 and B7?

Main obvious difference is the front luggage truss mounting for c7. B7 has no mounting.

Just an update. Upgrade successful. =) Managed to help upgrade a friend's 7 speed 105/Exage to 5700. =)

Thanks Sadisticnoob for the help with the Bottom Bracket. It was English threaded, 68mm width. New crank feels more solid. Also managed to get a clamp to guide the rear brake cable up as it's a step-through frame that lacked that one cable boss.

Also learnt how to service my bike in the process - re-greased the headset bearings too. Now I need to learn how to re-grease my wheel hubs and I can service my own bike at home.

Nice. If you can stitch a small loop for a blinkie then it would allow you to be compliant with local laws for night riding.

City. Will be working tonight. How about Monday evening or Tuesday morning? Is cycling into Sentosa free? Noticed there are heaps of lights in Singapore. Riding in Singapore is way harder than say Australia or America.

stay 10-15 mins from city area depending on bike.
