Asus GTX 970 display problem

Hi,

Does anyone know why my Asus gtx 970 is displaying correctly (fuzzy lines across the screen)? Card is brand new.

This is what I know so far:
- Both monitors work fine together with onboard mobo display
- U2713HM works fine @ 1920x1080 res
- Fuzzy lines appear when res changed to 2560x1440
- updated to latest drivers

Set up is as follows:
Asus GTX 970
Dell U2713HM (connected with DVI)
Samsung (connected with HDMI)

try dp ? i have no prob with dp

make sure you are using a dual-link dvi cable.. i had the same issue with my u2913wm when I accidentally used a single link dvi.. hope this helps.. you may also consider trying a HDMI cable..

ok just checked and was actually using single link dvi cable. I think that's the problem. Will try out with a dual link dvi cable asap. Any shops to recommend for getting one?

Does your monitor has DP port? I prefer to use DP as it is easier to handle

any decent hdmi 1.4 cable will do.. do not fall for those fancy expensive ones.. tests shows that they do not offer any advantages over the other.. sim lim got 1.5m for 6sgd I think.. or cash converter if there is one near you

dell 2713 series normally comes with DP cable... do u have it? maybe can use that one instead
