I emailed asus abt the N series and where to buy and they told me it's EOL.. advised me to wait for n550 in july.. so i guess i will just hang on

My N series laptop is close to end of warranty... I am not sure whether can i send it do a thorough check and hopefully they will update and replace those faulty parts...

Does asus service center provide this kind of service? I cant find online...
My laptop is working and leisure purpose.. I know nuts about updating bios all that...

I have a Asus n56vz, anyone experience the laptop shuts down when playing high end game like dota 2, prototype 2. I upgraded it to 16 gb ram. After taking out one of the 8gb ram, the laptop can play a few games b4 it shuts down.

want play high end games better go for PC or those proper gaming laptops.

Just wondering if zenbook ux32vd or ux31a is better for my below usage:

-Light gaming (dota 2, etc)
-Programming

If so, which one gives more bang for the buck. Is the i5 model enough?

Hi all,

Recently I just bought S400ca with 12gb ram and i7 processor.
Notice my laptop is quite slow n sometime hanged then recovered.
It happen when I just toggle between Win8 screen n desktop screen or
during viewing multiple web browser.
Also I notice the bootup not really 2sec as it claim (10+sec) though it doesn't bother me...

I just like to know what is happening to my laptop?
Any advise?
