First time buying such device. Today I installed my first game World War Z Aftermath from Epic Games. When I run the game, it does not work with the gamepad buttons. I have to toggle to desktop mode. But some keyboard buttons are not configured. For example, I can move forward. Appreciate some help to teach me how to map such buttons. I just thought the game would have detected the button just like when we attach a Xbox controller to the PC.

Does the ASUS ROG Ally X include a local warranty? Also, Any recommended game shop with good service and attitude? I've been eyeing the Steam Deck OLED for quite a while but always hesitate to get it because of these warranty coverage worries.

usually, when i encounter such issue, i would switch over to desktop mode then back to gamepad and it starts working again.
