SERIOUSLY, i see too many comments on lousy camera. this is with the latest firmware. just one click. the shrimp is in a tank only 1cm big. is this no good?

This one is okay,but from what I've seen the camera applies over aggressive noise reduction in certain situations resulting in a watercolour effect

Is this the original shot? Cause if the shrimp is really just 1cm, i don't remember the ZenFone2 or in fact any phone being able to capture shots close to the subject. This is with a tighter crop, or zoomed in before taking?

This. Though a lot of manufacturers like to do the same. Cause it's the eaiser way to make photos look good on the phone itself. But if transfer to PC or zoom in on the photo you'll see the over-agressive noise reduction. For night shots, looks to me like the noise reduction is even more aggressive, and over aggressive sharpening, resulting in the shots looking very grainy.

Hmm battery life seems to be the killer... Im so tempted to get this phone too until the batt life feedback. Coming from a z3 user.. Will i be really didappointed with its battery? How long on avg u guys get? Overnight drain?

My overnight drain 3% 45% to 42%. Think if airplane mode should be lower

With 4hr 30min screen on time I get 1 day 14hours battery

This is with 4 hours screen-on time. Overnight drain you can see the graph. roughly 5%? The phone woke up a lot of times while i was asleep according to the graph. But when i woke up, only a couple of notification from around midnight.
