Realised that the side of the phone do get scratched uo easily. The side where it is touching the back plastic cover.

And yes, although im hooked to using it without cover as it feels more shiok, didnt expect it to get scracthed quite easily. I will say scratc prone.

Rather you spend $388 on the cellphone and then get a good Xiaomi 10400 mAh power bank :)

The handset itself is priced at $429. The power bank is a freebie.

Edit: I get what you meant, Dorkable. The $388 is the going price at mobile shops outside. Thanks.

quite happy with zf2 performance for its price range. really fast. i think only major flaw is that SIM2 can't have data, not even 2g to get basic Whatsapp data. it only shows the APN of SIM 1. Has anyone found a way to show up APN of SIM2?

annoying have to open back cover to swap sim cards around every time go Malaysia.

Anyone knows how to edit/customise the lock screen? Would like to change the clock but can't find any setting to change.

Anyone here has a toggle button to turn on/off mobile data? I tried using Widgetsoid, but it does not work.

TIA for replies. :)

I had a very interesting week with my ZF2 (2GB, 32GB, purchased in Taipei week before launch here). Been very happy with it, but on the trip back from Bintan last week, while on the ferry and holding the phone in my hands watching TV (my hands were on the sides of the phone), I felt a buzz. This is the same buzz that precedes a Power-Off or Restart.

I look at the phone and the little Android man was there, and underneath were the words "Erasing". I did not have a good feeling, and I was right.

After almost 30 mins, I had a freshly deleted phone. Everything in internal storage was gone, and I had no idea what happened to trigger it! I have erased/reset my phones many times, but each time I had to either select it deliberately and/or key in a pin. I've never had it start by itself.

Lost almost 6 weeks worth of WhatsApp. Fortunately, my photos are backed up via Google+ Photo's.

there is a built-in toggle "Cellular Data" option. From Home screen, swipe down twice to get the toggle screen, then tap settings icon to set your own options. "Cellular Data" is one of them.

Is it possible someone hack your google account and did a remote wipe? One of the options of "Find my Phone" is to erase the phone remotely

Arrgghh! So simple! Thanks, cwtanz. I did not swipe twice.

I have another question now. I tried to take a screen-shot by pressing both the POWER and the VOLUME DOWN button, but without success. Am I doing it correctly?

TIA for replies.

Yes, but it's a bit tricky and needs some practice. Both buttons have to be pressed simultaneously, then hold down for 1 second till you hear the "click" snapshot sound. if buttons not pressed together, you either get the volume setting or it powers off. Just need more practice. :)

Can add a screenshot tool to the notification shade. Then just click the icon to take pics. Fuss free.
