Guys, I wanna check with owners of zenfone 2 550ml 4gb version.

I am having some issues with the battery. Firstly, battery drain is quite terrible. can barely last for 4 hours before it goes to 40% battery left and i start getting it charged. basically just using whatsapp, chrome, and music player.

Secondly, when charging, the battery display jumps from 70% to 100% and tells me charging is completed. makes me wonder is it a battery problem or software issue.

If it jumps in the charging. Yes, then is a battery fault.

Software issue, I'm having the same issue.

The latest update suppose to iron out this problem of not able to call out when in 4G network...

Sometimes I can but sometimes still cannot call out..

Only way is what one bro mention in earlier post..change Ur network setting to 2g/3g..then can call out all the time..I have tried..it works.

Me. It's a software issue. Basically if the phone is on 4G and attempts to make a call, it will fail to switch to 2G to call and result in an endless loop.

The solution is to switch the cellular mode to 2G / 3G only during calling and it will go thru with no problem.

I heard zenfone 2 is now able to run on windows 7, anyone ambitious enough to test it out?
