It's not about vibration on touch, that one i disabled le. It's the whole vibration when whatsapp/call/message comes in.. I notice the phone does not have a way to entirely disable vibration or the intensity (i'm using samsung previously, it had that function)

That is sadly missing. Can't compare to Samsung whom is more experience with software. Hopefully with ZenFone 2 making a splash,ASUS can get their act together to be on par with HTC and Samsung. Urgently they also need to upgrade up away from android 5.0 with the battery drain issue.

I think it's available from May onwards.
Yes may onward for public. Before that, it was made available at the launch event only, so whatever sets you see outside now are from resellers who have went to the event.

Picked up the 2G/32G version 551ml yesterday. Pretty good phone actually, better than a lot of people given them credit for. Setting up the phone and transferring data from my old HTC was a breeze. Good resolution on the screen. Decent battery life but probably not as good as my IPhone 6, it's an Android phone after all. Very smooth handling on the Android 5. Zen UI is still not as good as HTC but not that far behind, but then again HTC may have the best UI of all Android phones. Not sure about those complaints about camera, it's no IPhone but still very good. Is it a good buy? Definitely at the price point for me using it as a second phone while traveling. I wish it's smaller and lighter, too bad the 500ml does not have good specs.

I managed to get my hands on the Asus Zenfone 2 ZE550ML, 2GB ram, 16GB storage but screen resolution 1280x720.

I was seriously considering to buy the 4GB ram version. Saw the YouTube video, that show until the camera quality like si bei ho. Can anybody confirm that the Zenfone 2 all have the same camera?

I tested the camera (of ZE550ML) and take a picture in low lighting condition and then use a Note 3 to take a picture, with and without Smart Stabilization ON .... then I compared the picture quality.

Verdict : Note 3's low lighting pictures are better

So my next phone will be Note 4 or Note 5 instead.

But those that want dual SIM, can still consider this. Because from my simple test, it seems to me (personally) that Zenfone 2's camera CMI.

Disclaimer : The above test was done by take a shot at low light at the same spot. Observation & remarks here are totally my own perspective.

Yes the store sells cases, official and non official between 19 dollars to 39 dollars there. Both for the 5inch and the 5.5 inch. I just grab a silicone back case after the pre order. Don't need anything more. It's one solid phone.

go to the store, download some apps and try it. i don't think there is such big difference when you're using simple everyday apps.
