I realise that only ASUS charger charge my zenfone at a reasonable speed. (30~40%/hr)

other brand wall charger/ power bank charge at a turtle speed.. anyone experiencing same issue? (10~15%/hr)

Probably due to the voltage and ampere , asus charger is rated at 5.2v 1.3A , while other chargers are 5.0v or 5.1v 1A.
Xiaomi stock charger is slow. 1.0A only versus 1
35A/2.0A for the zenphone 2 chargers.

Developed a thinking these few days: life is too short to use screen protector.

I thought so, but the camera resolution is also different (8MP vs 13MP). So I would rather have the higher one

GorZilla glass need screen prorector?

I would say yes. the glass itself might be hard to scratch but it's not impossible to scratch. Not to mention sometimes manufacturer uses oleophobic coating on the glass, and scratches on those doesn't look great. I have seen a lot of phone with gorilla glass with those kind of scratches. Screen protector cheap and easy to change, but the screen itself isn't.

Glass screen protectors are cheap and easy to find these days anyway. spend a bit of money to keep the screen pristine is a worthy trade off if you ask me.

Well, no right or wrong answer. More of philosophy. With phones being changed out under 2 years and the care we developed for our digital assistant, I am going to risk it without protection....lol

I've used various phones with various versions of gorilla glass over the years, and I've never had screen protectors on any of them. Sure, they've been on the receiving end of many scratches, but these are all only visible if I really look out for it. In practice, when the screen is on, I don't notice them - at all. The rest of my phones get scratched up 100x more than the screen does, so now I get a case, but not a screen protector.

Hi guys

Gotten my zenfone 2 and pasted tempered glass screen protector.

Strangely my proximity sensor is not working after i paste the glass screen protector.

Make a phone call and my screen will go blank . If i take out the protector all is good

Any one having this issue? or any one bought a glass screen protector with hole on the proximity sensor area?

The plastic protector has holes for the sensor and front camera.

I'm not sure when will Asus come out with both dual sim 4G enabled as Xiaomi is already coming out with the Mi 4i with dual sim 4G enabled and fast charge too.

4G Dual SIM,
Dual Standby

The best way to stay truly connected

With 4G support on both dual SIM slots and support for up to 16 bands, there's no stopping when you're with Mi. Manage personal and work calls with ease, with intelligent dual SIM features and detailed preferred network settings for each card
