But if m1 3g is shitty, why when switch cellar network to 3g can make call?

Because it doesnt use 3g to make the calls, it just shows H on the phone, but it's actually still using 2g to make calls which there's no issues with at all.
It's like how with GPRS you still can make phone calls.

My zenfone 2 (Full HD 4GB) has cant make call issue. I use M 1 sim. Asus informed me it is there phone issue. Just instruct me to use 3G instead of 4G.

Don't we need to take an action against them? They still cheat people by selling this phone as a 4G phone but it is not

This is a firmware bug. Other phone do not have this problem with M1.

The version does not differ based on what you are concerned with? Lol.
Only processor and ram different.

The Whatsapp app in my Zenfone 2 seems to be very funny.

It wouldn't tell me whether is there messages in Whatsapp regardless of whether in 4G data or WIFI mode, until I opened up the app. This happen after the latest firmware update.

ANy clues to solve this issue?

Check your battery saver mode if its on Power Saving. In Power Saving, networks are disabled when device is asleep.

I use performance mode so no such issue.

If u use smart-saving mode, remember go to the smart-saving mode's settings to configure whether to allow 'push notifications' when device is in sleep mode.

Also check whether u have whatsapp disabled in the auto-start manager.
