Think is over my budget, think I would book amari watergate 100-120 for that price, maybe is nearer to platinum mall. But you prefer quieter area, so the hotel is good.

For hotelclub, must register as their member. Will earn rebate to be used for the next trip. For promo code, it does not apply to all hotels; e.g holiday inn bangkok not allowed to use this promo code

IHG hotels normally wont have discount.
Out of all the online site as a hotelier myself i feel agoda is still one of the best site if you able to get their flash deal very good deal.

Sometimes pyotravel will have good promo on IHG hotels. May include free upgrade of rooms too. For Accor hotels, must get their private sale. Will have 50% off! and can stay in their suites with the price u pay for their superior rooms. :)

normally ihg wont give discount rate but promo that give upgrade etc yes. but base on the hotel itself not all ihg hotel does.

Yeah prefer quiet. No leh. I'm a member of hotel club with credits and there's promo code chinesean-sg. $50 off. Around $90 per night. But if u get the 28m2. Think $80 plus. Are u member there ?

Sometimes there is code more than 10% discount :)
