Highest I saw while in Bangkok for the past few days at the shopping centres was 23.32. I changed mine at Raffles Arcade @23.47 last Wed.

hey at chinatown is 23.6. quite good deal in singapore.

seems like the rate for buying Thai baht is better in thailand, but the rate for selling baht is better in Singapore..
