But not so drastic that he start killing pple And using guns/bullets.

Even the dark knight return comic, where the movie draw inspiration from. Bat man is brutal, break hand or leg, to show dominance and seed fear on his opponent. When he got upper hand in a duel with the boss of the gang, he purposely throw away his weapon and get down & dirty as a show of force. Which later that gang become sons of batman.

Even the part of where Jason todd is killed by joker been retcon to batman did not kill joker even though with his rage, thus the moral high ground & in the process passed off joker greatly because he unable to break batman.

movie is not directly adapted from comic so the movie can turn out differently. this movie batman kill ppl which is a fact.

Batfleck is a different take bah. Imo it's quite a fresh take on batman and in a way it's the most accurate portrayal of batman in terms of aggressiveness and badassness. Perhaps they wanted to show how superman brought batman back on to the right path of justice bah, as explained in how he didn't brand lex at the end of the movie.

Anyway Michael Keaton's batman also killed a lot of people and I don't see anybody complaining about it :s13:

Yes, it's a self contained universe called the DCEU starting with man of steel. It only consists of the movies and the accompanying tie in comics with the movie.

Ah ok. Thanks. Will go and read up on that. :)

Lex luthor too young and acts much like joker

Many say he is lex luthor junior but the film didn't really emphasize this.
Even wiki listed him as lex luthor and if so, he is definitely miles from the comic character.

Thanks for your casual review.

Was still thinking about watching the movie despite all the bad reviews.

But, your review sort of keep the last candle light hope I have for the movie.

Will wait until one year later then I watch it.

Deadpool is still the most satki movie so far. Free style, crude and without all the baggage.

if you like deadpool then you should watch this movie. not that bad as many claimed. quite enjoyable on the overall as an action movie like deadpool although none of the chars break 4th wall and no humorous part. worth to watch on a weekday.

you might have some questions on the plot but they will be revealed in justice league part one next year.

Saw it last night. As a casual viewer, I find the movie disjointed, somewhat incoherent and trying too hard in places.

Batman's character is rather flat (despite of trying to show his pain, fear, whatever).

Lex Luthor is like a joker wannabe. His motivation throughout the whole show is a big question and remains unclear. The script almost feels like trying to pull a Heath Ledger joker level of manipulation but fails badly.

The part where Bruce Wayne dream of The Flash? It was like screaming at me "YOU WANNA NOE WHATZ GOING ON? IT'Z TOO EARLY. WATCH THE FUTURE RELEASES AND YOU WILL UNDERSTAND!" :s22:

When Doomsday starts fighting superman, I was like... Oh dear, not Superman VS General Zod Part 2. Heng don't feel as draggy as in Man of Steel.

As Superman supposedly dies, I was like, why aren't you bringing him for a sun tan?!? He can like, photosynthesize, and regenerate or something... :o Audience knows superman will not die, so the ending becomes overly melodramatic and draggy. The director trying to pull a Dark Knight ending here? :(

Can catch the parts where the music starts and I was telling myself... ah, sounds like JunkieXL. Another sign of not able to immerse in the story. The movie distracts the viewers from enjoying by making them asking too many questions. At one point I was actually asking my friend "WTF is going on?"

Overall watchable but nothing great though. One of those watch and forget movies.

Yah. It has many nonsensical stuffs in it that makes no logic. But will have ppl defend the movie and say you are ignorant de.

There main point is that Batman nvr Use guns period (his earliest comic did show him using guns) because of trauma or memory of his childhood murder of his parents.

That's how I liked him over other superheroes, he is a human who overcome or overpower other using his skill and gadgets.

By portraying batman as such basically he is portrayed as punisher/vigilante, no more batman that is iconic.

Enjoyed the movie? Lol frankly my experience is of depressing and disappointed...also dissatisfaction. I actually come out of the cinema with a bad mood thinking that they butchered this one.

But I won't stop other from watching it, one man poison is another meat.

Remember how the batmobile jumped into the lake that is right in front of Bruce Wayne's lake house? How could anyone not know?

I've always wondered about that in ALL the batman films, even in nolan's trilogy :s13:

Like you confirm need a lot of manpower to construct the bat cave, how you gonna explain this to the Contractors sia :s13:

Can watch is can watch lar. After Man of Steel, I didn't expect much from this movie so still passable. Just try not to think too much otherwise becomes rather jarring as questions keeps popping up? Who? What?!? How?...

Maybe will catch it on video with english subtitles. Might help answer some of the questions.

Deadpool I find ok ok. Enjoyed Ant Man more, but well, different folks enjoyed different things.

Like I said, he probably went to the dark side after robin's death. But well, we can only wonder why the people who made this movie chose to portray batman as such. I'm sure they would have inputs and consulted the Writers from DC.

If you're referring to the knightmare scene, then well.. What can he do in an alien invasion :s13: besides he did broke his one rule when facing darkseid.
