Just open up the peoms accounts and DBS Vickers.
Planning monthly invest 10-20% of my salary.
It worth to invest with small money?
Or invest with certain amount of money(10k)will be good?
(To save the commission fee)

Don't think too much about commission. It is only 1 - 2%. In the long run, it is almost nothing.

Been looking at a lot of money blogs like seedly and moneysmart, but knn seems like a bit too much information for me to digest

20% of 3k is 600.

enough to buy 200 singtel shares. if you use cash account in vickers, two way brokerage is $60. it means that you singtel shares must go up by 30 cents to break even.

if you buy 3000 singtel shares using vickers cash account, two way brokerage is $70. It means that singtel shares must go up by 2.5 cents to break even.

for his case, it is going to 10%.

even if it is 1-2 %, it is terrible if other people are paying below 1%

Both posb and poems have a regular investment scheme which buys into a counter every month for cheap. Go check that out.

Protection first, but don't buy ilp or endowment.
Then build up habit of monitoring ur savings and expenses.
Set up high interest bank acc and find a suitable cashback card
Investment wise, spend more time to read up before committing

Yes it's possible. There are a range of instruments that will take in such amounts. Common ones will be POSB's Invest-Saver where you buy into the STI ETF or a bond fund, Maybank KE's monthly investment programme where you can set a minimum of S$100 to buy into local stocks. Robo advisories like Stashaway (no minimum) and Smartly (minimum S$50) will also fit into this budget. All these are on a monthly basis.

As you are new to investing, may be a good idea to read up first. Books like Millionaire Teacher (local SG context), Intelligent Investor are great reads.

A lot of people ask about how to begin on the Seedly QnA platform. If you read the blog, can go check out the QnA also
