Care to share more on this? How to go about it?

top up ur SA account to 40k~ it will earn u 5% per annum. no risk.

the risk is only if u live to see it.

so set a small amount like 1k a year and put inside.

thats like about 2.5% u earn annually.

so once hit 40k u stop top up on ur own.

of cos u can increase the amount of top up yearly when u earn more.

so u will hit 40k earlier.

POSB Invest-Saver, 1%, min. 100 to invest in STI ETF or the bond ETF.

Standard Chartered, I believe min. $10 only

Sounds like it is better to buy STI/ETF through POSB instead of SC?
