I bought my Fractual Design Define R4 case from mynextcom at lvl 5 SLS 2 weeks back.

You can check out their online shop as well
http://www.mynextcomonline.com/fractal/
( they offer delivery ) and they give you about 6% discount if you pay in case. I saved about $10 off compared to other shops.

Did you get a better than online price by getting it at the shop? If we self collect can get more discount?

Online price already includes the 6% discount since the terms is COD/bank transfer or TT.

I went down personally to get the casing and the staff ( a young chap about 20+ old ) went to the website to check on the pricing before I paid.

Do note that the reduced pricing is for cash payments.

You can check with them on the pricing before paying and they also respond fast to emails that you send to them.

To answer your last question, there isn't any other discount other than the one from paying in cash.

Is not they zhao gst lah. Got company gst reg on receipt cannot run -.-

You go see their business trade you will know why are they slightly cheaper. Business dealing is all in cash or cash cheque. No credit businesses.

TP does zhao GST. Don't ask me how I know, or how they did it. I can't reveal the specifics lol. They did register for GST, but there's a loophole. They got caught a few times, and each time they will bankrupt the company that's used to register. That's why the company on your receipt from Tradepac is never the same year to year. And that's why the receipt never says "Tradepac", but some other coy name. I think that's all I can say lol.

If TP and PCT offer the same price, I confirm buy from PCT.

Alternative will be cybermind and laser. Fuwell abit dishonest nowadays, my cousin had a very bad experience with them.

In any case, Fortran best!

Buy huge stocks in cash or cash cheque. That is how you cut cost by delivery cost.

You work in pc show or fair then you will know what i mean.

Bringing in one palet half filled is still more ex than bringing in a full palet.

You look at their overheads also.

Look at how small is their shops in comparison to fuwell, cybermind?

Thx for pointing the GST thing to him buster :D

That's why TP's lower cpu+mobo prices has nothing to do with buying huge stocks with cash to cut delivery costs etc...

i think scorpia pro shop at level 6 seems pretty under rated...

their shop has a pretty nice setup and they offer custom build as well...

perhaps one thing not so good is that they dont have a price list printed out for reference like say PCT or tradepac... their rpice maybe a bit higher on first quote however, if you bring the price list from other shops to show them... usually they can match it...less crowded and more roomy as compared to the other more popular shops

the owner glenn is one nice guy whom you can speak to for any bargaining or queries...

Can bargain to below SRP or not? Labelled price is really tio chop carrot. Antec Truequiet sell at $35 ($10 above retail), other shops sell at retail, Laser just one level below Scorpia sell $6 below retail

I saw that shop, looks very nice. I think the chop carrot price to compensate their money spent on renovation and shop area :s13:

Agreed.

I think it's a chop carrot shop. I was quoted a ridiculous price for a simple, brandless SATA cable by the boss once. The fans were also pretty 'cher-ching' so ...

Ask for the pricing and decide for yourselves whether you think they're overpricing their stuff or not.

Bankrupt the company that's used to register. U mean registered to gst board?
If yes, it dun really sound logical.
What's the point of setting up another gst registered coy to sell and u still have to pay gst output to iras?

They do export like someone has said and they have business in India or so call subsi.
