consider renting? like the above it's 1.8myr min, and so many units for rent almost 250++ ( hahahah almost 1/2 condo) and few takers, give it some time rental will be dropping below 3K or even 2K per month or less.
M'sia condos, maintenance is usually cui and after 10-20 years, rental yield low, for sales you have to due with double whammy of oversupply + weak myr.
if renting, can just move to a newer condo anytime and possibly lower rental.
That is one risk. Also those singkies buy are priced out of reach from the locals. Also, there will be consistent new supply.
