what is the best? so many good running shoes in the market, so many quality brands with so many models for various purposes. do you run regularly, at what pace, what is your usual running distance (marathon running, half marathon, 10km, 5km, etc), what kind of intensity, or you buy just to walk?

Adidas, Altra, Asics, Brooks, Diadora, Hoka, Mizuno, New Balance, Nike, On, Puma, Salomon, Saucony, Skechers, Topo, Tracksmith, 361, Qiaodan, xtep, etc

One man's poison is another man's meat. Understand your need and feet's preference, try them out before buying. Have fun testing them out.

Best is relative. Some who run need max cushioning over barefeet feel. I used to wear ultraboosts too thinking they were great, till I find their pricing just going north of ridiculous, and got a cheaper pair of NBs, which did the same duty.

I was going to say that as well.
There is only a "best running shoe for you/me".

"Best" depends on so many variables.

There is currently no one-size-fits-all model of running shoe that fits 99% of runners out there, and hence can be termed "Best".

But if you started a thread called "Which shoe is best for me?" - that thread would live a very short life as nobody would give two hoots what running shoe you wear.

Any brand is decent except Nike unless you willing to pay few hundred dollars for their top range!

If you are jogging and noticed a running shoe sole left by the road side, most likely is from a Nike shoe.

it depends on your pocket.... as well as feet type (broad, narrow).

generally speaking, I find NB suitable for broader feet. Asics kind of tight and narrow, Saucony, Nike, puma for normal feet width....that taking ref from my own experience

relax dude! have a cuppa tea.
