1) Point blk main door should be fire proof. Authority need to check of their door is fire proof, if not have to fine the owner for spreading fire to other units.
2) before accepting donation, govt need to check the couple saving income first.

1) Husband and wife do not have to work together.
2) Durable and durable interior repair company due to the epidemic situation.
3) Purchased 3 years ago, 5-celled Daiba-shiki
4) Maintenance repair

For newer ones, HDB includeds an aircon ledge, I think outside the kitchen

this fire really raise a fire safety red flag of this kind of old HDB point block. The design can only have one staircase and in such fire incident those on the high floor all cannot escape.

Waiting for experts on dos and donts to prevent tis fire

My expert advice to stay level 2 the best...below void deck, ontop fire will not affect ur below unit as much, also can quickly escape or even jump out of the window with minimal risks
