Under the premium yearly membership plan, priced at S$15 a month, subscribers are charged S$0.33 per minute for a minimum booking of 15 minutes.

The weekly membership plan does not charge a recurring fee and users will pay S$0.50 per minute for a minimum duration of 15 minutes.

If compare to rent petrol car, it is super expensive.
One day rent: P. car - $100 (70+30-fuel) ,, E. car - $720 (weekly member)
$720 I can rent one week P.car already.

Taxi is still cheaper than bluesg

What's the hype? A super small hatch like the subaru R1 or R2 which only has maximum mileage of about 250km per full charge. So exp!

Think its good for point to point transportation rather than true rental car.

30 mins usage under weekly sub : $15
Uber/Grab surge pricing for 30 mins ride : around $30-50

Yeah. The target audience is different. I think it's meant for point to point transportation.

If you are a fast driver, bluesg more worthwhile since charge by duration.

When uber/grab surge means more demand = more cars on road = traffic jam. Bluesg charged by duration, if you stuck in traffic jam good luck

Three-door hatchback not the most practical

I think a five-door hatchback would have been a better choice for BlueSG electric car-sharing/renting, because a three-door hatch is inconvenient for rear passengers.

Not really point to point, more like area to area. Bcos you have to go n collect/return car at the charging station to start/stop your renting time. Then have to take another transport to your final destination.

That is inconvenient and expensive.
