Hi.

I can log in the account using the OTP password.

But I cannot trf, because when i key in the OTP password and click ok, the page like not responding.
Clicking the cancel button it will close directly.

Cannot add payee because the OTP confirm better dont seems to be working.

Anyone experiencing this problem?

Okay guys, I went down to the branch today. Apparently, some of us may have been lucky that our mobile banking function has been unlocked when we opened the account and hence you can see it under 'settings' now. For those who cannot, please go down to the branch and unlock it. Thereafter, the function should appear under 'settings'.

Think mobile banking setting should be available for all in the ibanking. Those who dun see it just need to clear cache.

Visited the branch just now, seems like I blamed boc wrongly. The staff asked me whether I'm a bank staff when I say I want to enable otp. Then she told me the mobile banking is not yet released for public.

Also BOC got the sms queue service

Sms BOC q to 93455588 to see the queue and get a q no

Mobile banking definitely released for public already. Or are you talking about SMS otp for mobile banking?

Yes the bank staff have no clue. But i insisted that mobile sms otp is out. They finally checked and activated it for me. I can now view boc mobile app using sms otp.

I wouldn't say for this sure. In fact I haven't seen anywhere mention about the mobile banking other than the tnc file. I managed to find the apps via BOC cn website. Probably they it's still in its seed testing period

but you can't find it on BOC sg website can you?

Well they tend to be slow in updating the BOC sg website. Eg they never update or very late then update the website when there were major changes to boc shop card or boc family rebate card tnc.

Anyway regardless the website is updated or not, it doesn't change the fact that the app has already been made public. And there is no caveat whatsoever it is a testing version.

Main branch at battery road. The staff are either Malaysian or local judging by the name tag they are wearing. Their chop are in Chinese characters tho. I always use English unless I find they are not comfortable which never happened in my 4 or 5 visits
