Why not BOC's account itself?
Doesn't it give the highest interest even without salary crediting?

No. Without salary crediting, BOC at best 2.35%, need $1500 card spend. Uob one 2.43%, need $500 card spend.

2. can use 500-1k credit card bill.
3. giro (if needed, then prob can activate 1-2/mth)
4. base deposit of 50k ?

Probably uob one, but need min 3 giro.

Thanks Trazora. Didn't realize that.

Only benefit with BOC is that the special interest is for up to 60k and above 60k, you're still getting 1% on additional balances. For UOB one, anything above 50k will get only 0.05%.

There are differences between the BOC family card and UOB One to figure out as well.

Yea need to compare the expected interest+rebate

anyone checked if their rebates from the family cc are aligned to what you spent on? I spent $200+ on dining and other expenses as well, but based on my statement, the rebate was only $1.59

I do check.. but there's nothing they will do even if u dispute.. Cos everything is given based on merchant code..

Do note that u need to spend $500 minimum every month and for online purchases, the extra 4.5% will be given at a later date.
