Check if you're trying to pay a bill over limit?

Nope it's not over limit, I recall previously when I'm at the eaxs page, there will be a pop up to ask if I'm paying via enets/master debit and the other side will be to pay via mastercard. This time there isn't no matter how many times I went into the page. I was thinking if eaxs now only support payment for dbs master debit and credit only.... That's why I'm asking if anyone is having the same issue as me.

Should be no issue. Just need to choose to pay via mastercard or masterpass.

Thanks for this, so u mean I have to select MasterCard and not debit MasterCard?

I was paying using desktop Ytd and I remember there are small icons showing all the dbs cards... That's why when the transaction didn't pass, I thought boc debut is no longer accepted... Will try again when I need to make payment.

any updates to this? i just tried and the same thing happened. says card cannot be used. i chose mastercard (not masterpass) via the drop down. was brought to the card details page as per last time but after i keyed in, i wasnt brought to the OTP/e-token page of BOC.

edit: went to a physical axs machine to try and had an error that the BOC debit card is not supported..

I have not retry this yet, but I also encounter not being brought to the boc otp page, I have gotten the same error as u.

Hi, just called BOC hotline but couldn't understand what they trying to say( or maybe they don't understand what I trying to asked :( )
Hope can get some answer here....
Does the following qualify for spending in card spend bonus
1) online payment by SAM for my phone bills ( I know AXS payment not qualify)
2) online payment for medishield rider

1) SAM not excluded for card spend bonus interest based on TnC, but suggest to pay on telco website to be safer.
2) paying insurance online not excluded for card spend bonus interest based on TnC.

I'm planning to start a BOC Smartsaver. Have a couple of qns:

1) For the $500 credit card spend, can it include Ezlink top-up via GTM? Will this top-up also earn 0.5% rebate with Family Card? Spending more on Ezlink than Flashpay these days.

2) Does the debit card have paypass? I assume this is given together when applying for the account?

Appreciate any other tips for someone new to BOC. Thanks!

Bill Payment for UOB (AMEX) card

Hi, has anyone tried using their BOC SmartSaver account to pay for an UOB AMEX card bill (I'm using a UOB Preferred Platinum AMEX). Thanks!

Those with only BOC bank account, before u go about cancelling your ocbc, please make sure u don't need to pay Citi CC bill going forward. BOC has no Citi as payee for CC.

just realised this.. my Citi CC and Amex KF card can't be paid via BOC Bill Payment. Gotta think of other ways to meet the 3 bill payments :s22:

BOC family card is one. My SCB CC is the 2nd. Wonder if I pay the same CC in 2 batches on 2 different days (more than $30 each time), will they count it as 2 payments made?
