Does anyone know how to do a FAST transfer to another bank account using the BOC online interface? I can do a PayNow transfer and I can add other bank accounts as payees, but I can't find the option to transfer money to other bank accounts.

Has anyone tried changing the billing cycle for BOC credit cards to more closely match the calendar month?

agreed. the other day received letter from them..but it was just informing their plans to go green and asked whether I wanted to opt out.

There is a form to send back to opt out. I sent but no news yet

For the past 1 to 2 months, BOC OTP doesnt seem to work well. Anyone else have this problem?

Via axs? Just keep cancel and enter again just did it 30mins ago...got it on 4th try

Mine was quite consistent. Must do multiple time...sometimes i just give up.
Tried AXS, Shopee, M1....no issue with other banks.

Yup. Their system unreliable. Oh well...just have to accept it for the high rates

Facing same issues as Trazora. Mine got problem fr a very very long time

last time I see this issue like once out of 5 times...now, I see this issue is everytime...even got using the app to make bill payment...

press for sms otp...wait 1-2min...no sms received..the timer also expired...re-click on the get SMS OTP...then still no sms..try again...then after a while...a few OTP sms received..I dun even know which pin to key cos sometimes I use the latest sms but OTP is wrong...

encounter a few times..can be super frustrating becos the purchase page also time out..and have to re-order again..

yup..sms otp...I have never carry my token out of my room since it started..and not everything can use Token right ?

Problem in all cases that require otp.

For online purchase using credit card, my initial problem was can't receive OTP. Then I realise that need to put in verification code before requesting for OTP. But I suppose this is not the same issues that you people encounter.

Yeap. The issue is doing online purchase, not login to BOC website. BOC website, i use token as SMS OTP just doesnt work.
