BOC debit card to pay the rest via AXS <-- will this count for $500/1500 card spend?

I tot its established that all AXS transactions not counted?

From BOC website:

The following transactions do not qualify for this bonus:
Cash withdrawal
Fees or charges
Funds transfer or cash advance
Transactions on BOC Cards that are terminated or unsuccessful
The unposted amounts under Installment Payment Plan (“IPP”) and Flexi-Balance transactions
Any amount charged to your BOC Debit or Credit Cards that is subsequently cancelled, voided or reversed
AXS payments (transactions via all AXS channels, including AXS station, AXS e-station, AXS m-station, etc.)
Any other transactions BOC may determine as not eligible for Card Spend bonus from time to time without prior notice.

Not counted as card spend

Can get 0.1% rebate from debit card use though. Since paying CC anyway and I don’t need the Giro transaction, I pay my CC this way

they really know how to play with words "up to 3.00%"...

so for $80k it's:
- 1.45% for $1,500 card spend + 3 bill payment + $6,000 salary
- 1.25% for $1,500 card spend + 3 bill payment + $2,000 salary
- 0.95% for $1,500 card spend + 3 bill payment
- 0.95% for $6,000 salary + 3 bill payment
- 0.75% for $500 card spend + 3 bill payment
- 0.75% for $2,000 salary + 3 bill payment
- 0.45% for 3 bill payment

To Add up,

so for $80k it's:
- 1.45% for $1,500 card spend + 3 bill payment + $6,000 salary
- 1.25% for $500 card spend + 3 bill payment + $6,000 salary
- 1.25% for $1,500 card spend + 3 bill payment + $2,000 salary
- 1.05% for $500 card spend + 3 bill payment + $2,000 salary
- 0.95% for $1,500 card spend + 3 bill payment
- 0.95% for $6,000 salary + 3 bill payment
- 0.75% for $500 card spend + 3 bill payment
- 0.75% for $2,000 salary + 3 bill payment
- 0.45% for 3 bill payment

Now every bank saving account sucks

Well better than nothing

What debit card can be used to pay using eAXS, using Great Wall International Debit Card?
and what payment method in axs? I remember we cant pay credit card with credit card, and as I see on AXS website, only debit card from dbs, ocbc, uob and Citi can be used? or using Masterpass?

thanks

No need Masterpass.
Use MasterCard option for Great Wall debit card.

Knn, I just joined two months nia and BOC si bei swift to cut rates.

Without the attractive interest rates and not forgetting the lame online banking system and extremely cumbersome when one need to withdraw money I doubt many will stay put.

Anyone know if there is penalty to close account after getting bonus by 15 July?
