i have spent above $1.5k. called in, the CSO (PRC) say will forward to department to check.

... it's the ONLY month i joined the smartsaver and they can't even get their interests right...

It is based on posting date, I am thinking even if some transactions did not post in time you should at least get the interest for $500 spending tier.
Did you have any last minute spending?

i know it's based on posting date. no i did not have any last minute spending. all posted within the month of july. i'm not some newbie who doesn't read the tnc...

fyi, are u using the debit or credit card? i'm not sure if the bonus may be credited separately (as in a separate time/day?) as i'm using the debit card for the $1.5k spending (i didn't apply their credit card).

hopefully more people can share. pretty pissed with the bank now.

debit or credit card, interests are awarded on the same day. All your 1.5k charges are visa/mastercard charges? No axs/sam? debit card charges take longer to post.

I am guessing that its a timing issue, esp if you use travel agencies like Agoda..... Their charge date varies from what they had stated......

Can only log in to app if on hp. Why you unable to login via app? Have you setup username and password for app via ibanking?

I recall need to apply to access by mobile app. It also comes with different set of user ID and pw from desktop login (although you can set both as the same). This is different from other banks where desktop and mobile is interchangeable.

Login to mobile app does not need token. Enquiry of balance and transaction do not need token. However, when I do transfers and bill payment it requires token.

Curious how you pay 3 bills if your token died long ago.

If use log in with SMS, they will send OTP via SMS too.

Even excluding 1033.31, the remaining spending also >$500, unless 28th Jul posted in Aug, I am not very sure about the debit card posting dates since I am using their credit card.

those are the posting dates. the transaction dates are (around 2 to 4 days) earlier.

BOC has a quirky routine of posting their debit transactions at around the same time each day (13:xx).

Thanks for info bro. Rusty with BOC after long break :s13: I just returned to smartsaver in July.

I pay bills via desktop with SMS OTP. Existing billers were added long ago. Heng :D

Any way to access my account via mobile :s11: (not app) No SMS OTP option, only E-token.
