For inactive acc , they have the right to close ur acc .. but I m not sure how long will be

I mean when i use the BOC mobile app to "add payee", they still need the physical e token for verification but my e token battery is dead. They don't use the mobile device as a security token to approve the transaction like other banks?

they don't have etoken. you will need to go to the branch to exchange the token.
