Hello shuai shuai, how do I add payee on BOC online bank?
I try to add in the "Frequent Payees for Domestic Transfer" section and encountered the following error.
"The service is not available for the safety tool: OB050"

Website. I can't even find the option to add payee in the app.
App top left corner three bar , Transfer & Remittance , Manage Transfer Payee , Below right icon +

I called them and was told that adding of payee need the physical token, but I didnt receive any.
Ask them for one. Replacement is 20 dollars! Battery flat need go branch they confirm then reissue one. Basically BOC ICBC all need hardware token for their some txn so best to have one. ICBC number is so super long to type into the token sianz
Sian... need to go to the branch to ask for it, dunno need to pay $20 or not. She also asked me how I create the online banking login if i don't have the token.
Actually, i applied the FD account last year but cannot use it as I dont have CASA with them, so i cannot recall how i create the online banking login back then.
But I quite sure i didnt receive the token as I usually put all bank tokens together de.
Better go branch. Just to inform BOC online and mobile app are separate systems in the backend. So login for mobile app cannot login online banking. The first time I meet such from a bank. I need go branch again to get a new login for online and a new password. ICBC ok mobile app login can use for online login.
ICBC I see super long OTP using token so I switch to login using SMS OTP
Not all txn can use SMS. That time I terminate ICBC FD need txfr to DBS for that 4.88% ICBC show me a long number ask me enter into the token press Ok and use the displayed number enter into app!
ICBC is a big bank in the world and I think their security not bad but make it so troublesome.
I login only and small transactions so don't want to key long numbers
Lesson learnt is put monies all over. That day Maybank iSavvy save me so I in time to place for DBS 4.88% 3m. After 7pm lobang no more so fast!I login only and small transactions so don't want to key long numbers

I recently applied for SmartSaver account online. After setting up everything, I tried to do FAST and Paynow to my BOC account from multiple other banks but all were rejected. Any others got the same issue? Do I need to activate anything before I am able to transfer? When I tried to transfer out from BOC, it shows an error "No trading currency, please select pay-in and pay-out account".
